How are engagements scoped
  • An initial conversation is no-cost and confidential. If both parties agree to proceed, a short engagement letter follows with scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, sample design where applicable, and any assumptions that need to be taken into account. Most engagements are fixed-fee. 

How is client data handled?
  • Data is exchanged through the client's preferred secure channel. Working files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a defined retention period agreed in the engagement letter, and then deleted in accordance with a documented schedule.
